The project’s main goal is to evaluate the outcomes
of the public administration reform process in Romania from an interdisciplinary
scientific perspective.
The authors endeavor to measure the effects of the
reform upon the administrative capacity and the functioning of the
Romanian public administration. On the one hand, an overview of
several theoretical models regarding the relationship among reform-administrative
capacity-the quality of public services will be provided as well
as an assessment of how they could be adapted to fit the Romanian
context; on the other hand the project strives to measure the quality
of the Romanian public administration’s functioning from the perspective
of the consumers’ satisfaction level vis-r-vis the public services.
